EvoEnergy are proud to announce that they have won the prestigious ‘Contractor of the Year’ award at last night’s 2017 Solar Power Portal awards with Managing Director, Mark Wakeford, collecting the accolade along with members of the EvoEnergy team that were also in attendance.
The ceremony is one of the most prestige awards events in the solar and battery storage industry with over 400 industry professionals attending on the evening that was this year held at the NEC Hilton Metropole and hosted by actor Robert Llewellyn.
EvoEnergy were also finalists in the ‘Commercial Rooftop PV’ category with their entry for the 999 kWp project completed at DPD Oldbury at the end of 2016.
This is the second week in succession where EvoEnergy have seen awards success having recently collected accolades for ‘Solar PV Installer’ and ‘Small Project of the Year’ at the 2017 National Energy Efficiency & Health Homes awards.

The Solar Power Portal awards is now in its 5th year and is one of the biggest events to celebrate successes in the industry. The awards ceremony also forms part of a 3-day agenda for the Solar & Storage Live event held at the NEC.
