Since the last newsletter we’ve been busy working hard towards gaining some additional accreditations to gain some recognition for the high calibre of work that we undertake and to ensure that we stick to strict internal processes to ensure the highest level of customer service is met.

Paul Dickens, our Health and Safety Manager has been working with one of our accreditation bodies for some time now to obtain the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates in quality and environmental management.
Our operations team have also been busy working with the British Board of Agrèment to ensure that we are fully accredited to install roof and cavity wall insulation ahead of the launch of the Green Deal next year.
The ISO 9001:2008 certificate in Quality Management Systems is awarded to companies that have good governance from the management. The breadth of the certificate covers everything from a clear marketing plan and great customer service to a good choice of product as well as processes around the business to ensure customer satisfaction is the highest it could be.
The ISO 14001:2004 certificate in Environmental Management is awarded to companies that minimise how their operations negatively affect the environment, comply with all local laws and continuously reduce their impact.
Finally, the BBA certification in loft and cavity wall insulation was the result of many long days of close inspection of our processes, products, staff and systems surrounding insulation. The accreditation ensures EvoEnergy customers can always gain the government tariff for their installation.
We joined up to all of the schemes voluntarily to show our commitment to customers, limit our impact on the environment and to get ahead of the curve in green technologies. We’re really happy that we’ve been recognised for the processes that we have developed, as gaining these accreditations opens up some door for us in the larger scale market place.
