EvoEnergy have been awarded ‘commercial rooftop installation of the year’ at the Smart Solar awards which were presented at the Solar Industry UK conference on Friday. The award was given for delivering the 3.811 MWp Lyreco project completed by EvoEnergy at the start of the year.

The solar installation at Lyreco was largely driven by the client’s commitment to greener business with the carbon savings produced by the array providing a significant contribution towards their carbon reduction targets. The array has proved influential in helping Lyreco win several environmental awards over the last 12 months, with EvoEnergy now being awarded by the industry for their innovation and delivery expertise.

The Solar Industry UK conference is a prestigious industry networking event that is held at the BRE in Watford every year. At the conference, EvoEnergy also delivered a presentation on power purchase agreements to further educate the industry on fully funded routes to solar as part of an extensive guest speaker agenda.
The above award is the latest addition to EvoEnergy’s history of industry awards and accolades.
