Use the prompts below to build your own system and find approximate pricing for your installation.

We’ve spent the last five years searching high and low for the best products to bring to our customers, but we know the differences between them can be confusing. Now, we’ve made things easy with a simple guide that categorises each panel or inverter into either a gold, silver or bronze class. Bronze-standard products offer good performance and great value for money, while gold products use the latest technology for people who want the best of the best.

Toggle through the Gold, Silver and Bronze tabs to learn more about the products we offer in each category – a blue tick in the tab area indicates that you have made that selection. Once you’ve selected your preferred system, you’ll be given a guide price for the system cost. To get an accurate price, or to get our advice on panel and inverter types – just make your selection on this page and click the ‘get a free quote’ button at the bottom to tell us a little more about you and we’ll get back in touch for a free no obligation quotation.

Section 3 | Mounting Systems

EvoEnergy currently use Conergy as our preferred manufacturer of mounting systems for most installs.

Mounting systems
Any homeowner wishing to invest in solar usually wants to know how the system is going to fix to their roof. The truth is that there are dozens of different mounting systems designed and produced by different manufacturers. Each has their own method for fixing panels to pitched roofs, flat roofs, into the ground or even to walls.

Mounting the panels onto a stable and robust framing system is by far the most complex part of the installation and can often be over looked by customers who only focus on the panels and inverter selection. It is also an easy area for an installer to cut corners, since mounting frames are mostly unseen.

Which mounting systems do we use?
Once people have chosen their panels and inverter we focus on how we are going to fix the system to the roof, this is where our knowledge and expertise sets us apart from our competitors.

For pitched roofs covered in tiles (slate, rosemary, concrete, clay- we have experience with them all) we use Conergy mounting rail and fixings. We have worked in partnership with Conergy to design fixings that are unique to EvoEnergy, our fixing bracket and rail designs were determined as the most robust and the most capable of withstanding severe wind loading following on from a series of laboratory tests carried out at the University of Stuttgart. This was the first test of it's kind to be carried out by an installer. The strength of the fixings also depends on what it is fixed to i.e. how wide the rafters are, and how strong the rail beneath the panels is. The narrowest rafters found on residential properties in the UK are around 35mm; commonly found on new builds and truss roofs. Our brackets and fixing method for these narrow rafters is the only method deemed acceptable by building control in the UK. EvoEnergy also ensure that the rail is strong enough to fix by using a particularly high grade of rail thickness, which is normally only used in commercial installations. Both these factors give customers added reassurance that their system fixings will go the distance.

Why Conergy?
We design bespoke systems for flat roof and ground mounted installations as the roof strength and make-up of ground conditions determine how and where we can fix. For these systems we work with Mage and K2, both are leading manufacturers in mounting frame industry.

Flat roof and ground mounted systems
We chose to work with Conergy as they both design and manufacturer their own technology in-house. Others re-badge or license to fill out their range. As a German company, they have the most deployment experience worldwide, due to Germany having been the world's largest solar market for over a decade.

Why bother?
Panels have large surface areas and stress the mounting system, particularly in windy conditions as they try to tear away from their fixings. The mounting system ensures that your panel stays in the same place for decades. You wouldn't cut corners with the timbers in your roof, so why cut corners here?

Section 4 | Warranty options

We offer a standard 10 year comprehensive warranty package with all systems. We also offer an extended warranty and aftercare package including unlimited inverter replacements - your solar consultant will be able to discuss these with you.
