This means that when we estimate your PV system will generate a certain amount of energy we will back it up with a guarantee for five years*. We understand that solar PV is still a relatively new technology in the UK and, although the figures we issue our customers are based on the governments SAP calculations, offering customers peace of mind over their investment is important. So after listening to our customer’s feedback, we have developed the SAP Package which is based on our technical site survey.
Our surveyors work hard to make sure that when they visit your home they get the measurements correct. We are so confident in them and the training they have received that we are backing up their work and estimates with the five year guarantee.
