Our most important asset is our staff – We are well trained, professional and passionate about our industry. Our motivation is to provide technically excellent and appropriate Solar PV solutions and understand that our staff need to be very knowledgeable of the technology and market. Whether you’re speaking to our sales, logistics, installation or management team, all will aim to provide an excellent and honest service.

EvoEnergy is one of the largest Specialist PV companies in the UK with six offices across the country and over 300 full time staff.

Chief Executive Officer

From our inception in 2007 to one of the largest Specialist PV Companies in the UK, Kevin has built a team of professional and passionate people. His aim is to provide excellent Nationwide Solar PV installations that are both appropriate and delivered professionally.

Chief Operating Officer

As an experienced management consultant, Aidan has streamlined and built EvoEnergy’s logistics and operations team. His passion for solar technology and project delivery has helped his team to be the most proficient in the UK.

Jacquie Kirk MA FCIPD

HR Director

Over 25 years within the Human Resources and Development field both in the UK and internationally. Working in a global role within Games Workshop, including America, Australia, Japan and Europe, Jacquie has focused on establishing new business venues, developing global HR business strategies and building leadership and management talent within businesses.

Paul Norrish

Commercial Sales Director

As one of the longest serving Solar Professionals in the UK, Paul leads our Sales team to provide a technically excellent and appropriate service to our clients. His philosophy is that “Solar is an investment that has to be sold at the right price for our customers to get the best return.”

Nicola Waters MEng (Hons)

Domestic Sales Director

Nicola joined EvoEnergy in 2009 with a passion for renewable technology. She has since worked her way up to become Sales Director after achieving success and gaining experience within the industry. Nicola has been responsible for recruitment, sales and technical training whilst maintaining EvoEnergy’s strong customer focused ethos. Having experienced rapid growth Nicola will be working to ensure that the domestic sales team is capable and ready for EvoEnergy’s continual development.

Michael Salisbury

Projects Director

With over fifteen year’s experience in the managing, design and installation of domestic, commercial and industrial building services, Michael leads our commercial design and delivery team.  Having delivered multi-million pound projects for the public and private sectors, including blue chip clients, Michael ensures all our commercial projects get the design expertise and delivery they deserve.

Tom Craig BSc(Hons)

Head of Marketing

With almost ten years experience in the renewable energy industry, Tom oversees all of EvoEnergy’s marketing activity.  Having carried out a variety of feasability studies on domestic and commercial properties, Tom understands the pressures our customers face.

Steve Wilks FCA, Cert. PM, BSc(Hons)

Financial Controller

Steve has gained a wealth of experience in various roles for a number of companies in the UK. He has operated successfully in a wide range of businesses including those in the retail, sales and service industries. His expertise is working with organisations which are experiencing rapid growth or significant change.

Ronnie Renton Exec MBA BA (Hons)

Non-Executive Director

Over the last 18 years, Ronnie Renton played a key role in growing Games Workshop from a £6m management buyout to a Global £150m public company. Leaving Games Workshop as a Global Director, Ronnie has a sound understanding of Marketing and Strategy, with valuable experience in sales and new product development.

Russell Pullan

Non-Executive Chairman

As non-executive chairman of the board, Russell draws on over 20 years’ experience in solar and the clean technology sector. He excels in taking companies from start-up to IPO, and is excited to be part of EvoEnergy’s journey. As a former entrepreneur himself, Russell also provides valuable guidance and insights for our CEO Kevin Hard and domestic managing director Aidan Bell.

Russell also acts as a strategic advisor to the world’s largest energy company. In the past he founded and led a new global energy and clean technology venture capital fund for Nomura, a worldwide financial services group headquartered in Japan. Before that, he was head of venture capital at the Carbon Trust.

Giles Clark

Non-Executive Director

Giles brings a wealth of global solar experience to the team. Before EvoEnergy, Giles was CFO of SunRay Renewable Energy Limited, from its formation in 2006 to its sale to SunPower Corporation in 2010. SunRay built a pipeline of 1.2GW of utility scale ground mounted projects in southern Europe and built one of Europe’s largest solar parks at Montalto di Castro in Italy. Giles has extensive experience of working with growth businesses, including fundraising, M&A and managing growth
